This distinctive pattern is known as Spanish Wave and is formed by rocking the paper gently back and forth as it is laid down over the floating paints. The effect is an optical illusion that looks almost like rippled silk. This original marbled paper was created by Marmor Paperie's founder, Lucy, in our London studio. This is a
